Case: Cite and explain the importance and impact of two sections of either IRPA/IRPR which pertain to hearings at the Immigration and Refugee Board, and how they would impact an IRB proceeding. Cite the two sections, and explain what each section would mean for an applicant who is seeking to appeal a decision, get out of detention, be found admissible to Canada, etc. - make sure to specify which type of proceeding the applicant is going through so that you can accurately describe how the section of the law will impact the applicant.
