Introduction: In this project, you will be required to select an article to evaluate in which an employee's negligence or horseplay resulted in a life-threatening injury or death of an employee.

Tasks: Evaluate the article and provide a complete synopsis that led to workplace safety violation.

• Identify what strategies will be used to assist employees in managing the stress of this situation.

• Explain the correlation between the Big Five personality assessment and organizational safety.

• Analyze how you can tailor a safety training program that will benefit the employees, change behavior, and ensure the employees recognize the importance of following the workplace safety policies and procedures.

• Include graphics for the Microsoft PowerPoint presentation and include notes in the appropriate section of the PowerPoint slides.
