You enjoy the work, and your team has excellent teamwork. You enjoy the company and occasionally get together even after work. Each person on the team contributes very important quality to the team's work and relationships. One day, you heard a colleague on the team joking about people who did not finish high school, which clearly demonstrated their prejudice and stereotype against people with lower educational attainment. It made your team feel awkward.
