Question: Mr. Barney Stinson is the CEO for Goliath National Bank, in Newyork. Goliath is a US-based bank with a global presence in almost all economic hubs and most of Asia. On the summer eve of September 2019, Mr. Barney met Mr. Marshal Ericsson, a close friend and a collegue or Barney, who oversees the investment affairs of GNB as a Vice President. Barney proposed Mr. Marshal that he thinks Marshal could grow better given more responsibility and thus Mr. Barney would love to recommend Marshal for the position of CEO in the Asia Pacific zone for an assignment of 3 years. Marshal will be based in Singapore to oversee the operations of GNB in that region. A total of 18 national level CEOs will directly report to Mr. Marshal as part of his new job. Marshal who already makes fifteen thousand USD per month in New York.
