Question: Imagine that you are buildings and grounds supervisor for a large corporate campus. The 75-acre campus has a park-like setting with a central pond, and 7 large office buildings that are rented by commercial tenants. You oversee all the workers who mow the lawns, tend the landscaping, clean the buildings, and provide minor maintenance repairs. This question has two parts; be sure to answer both. First, explain the five positive bureaucratic features that Max Weber believed contributed to a better-performing organization. Second, apply each of Weber's five bureaucratic features to your supervisor position, explaining how you will use each to your advantage.
