A 37.3-g sample of an unknown metal, initially at 207.0oC, is immersed in a 10.0-g sample of water (specific heat = 4.184 J g-1 oC-1), initially at 24.5oC, in an insulated cup. Once equilibrium is reached, the final temperature of the water-metal mixture is 44.6oC. What is the specific heat of the metal?
