Requirements
At least two ethical theories covered in the unit (those covered in weeks 2 - 4) should underpin your analysis. If seeking to apply theories from beyond those covered in these weeks confirm with your tutor. These theories should be used in the analysis of ethical issues identified, and recommendations should be based on a practical business perspective.
You have to situate the case or topic of choice in the relevant international/global/ regional and local political and legal context.
Also, you are encouraged to draw on the cross-cultural dimensions of the issues where applicable.
You should research relevant literature,including scholarly journal articles, textbooks and other appropriate readings, to develop arguments that are supported by evidence and by using appropriate citations (from the case and other empirical sources)

Research and explore credible websites and other materials to develop a foundational understanding for your selected case or issue. However, the academic arguments in your essay must be based on scholarly references - minimum 10 academic/ scholarly articles are required. Further requirements for this option areas follows:
Conduct a review of the research literature on your selected case or issue, and summarise your findings in the Background section of the assignment (conduct a database search, operate a selection of secondary data that are directly relevant to the researched issue, and use at least 10 peer-reviewed academic/ scholarly articles as references for your assignment);
Explain the ethical theories you will use to analys the issue (you can also utilise ethical perspectives from non-Western cultures);
Analyse the issue from the perspective of the selected ethical theories; and
Develop a conclusion based on your analysis of the issue. This may include situating your analysis in wider global concerns; can highlight the pressing nature of the issue culminating in a call to action. Offer your personal reflection on the case, issue/s and/or examples discussed. Offer your own opinions and relation to any personal experiences you might feel are relevant to the discussion.
Discuss what you consider your analysis means for business, more broadly speaking, and recommend any practical way forward.
What and how you choose to conclude would be based on how you frame the issue and what your analysis has revealed.
