Please answer the following:

  1. Describe Chargaff's rule, and explain the effect on the composition of a strand of DNA if the percentage of adenine was reduced from 20% to 15%. Then, show what the percentages of each nitrogenous base will be after adenine has been reduced.
  2. Explain the process of replication, and explain it as simply as possible. Of course you need to use the proper scientific words, but explain it to someone who does not know about DNA at all. (I do not want to be seeing textbook like descriptions in your answer or I will ask you to redo it). Make sure to include protein names.
