For many years within the U.S. workforce, opportunities were limited to certain groups of people who fit a specific mold, discrimination was rampant. With the changes of Affirmative Action in the early 1960's things began to change. As a result, those outside of protected classes were now feeling discriminated against, though some would argue they were benefactors of most work opportunities pre-1960's. Should claims of reverse discrimination be entertained in the U.S. in today's diverse work environment, why or why not?
