Q. Buyer Bobbie Sue and Seller Suzy Q are disputing the delivery of the products called for under the contract. Bobbie Sue says that the products that she pre-paid for do not conform to the requirements of the contract and Suzy Q refuses to refund the payment or replace the products. Bobbie Sue and Suzy Q have tried to work out their differences but cannot come to an agreement.
