Question: In the Ted Talk video: The puzzle of motivation, Dan Pink makes the case that giving people rewards narrows their focus and restricts their possibilities. He argues that what really matters is the right-brain, creative skills for solving problems that have no defined rules and no clear solution. He explains that the new management style is to give employees autonomy, mastery, and purpose. He continues by providing 3 new management styles:
"FedEx Days" used at a company called Atlassia, which is an Australian software company.
The concept of "20 percent time" that is used at Google.
The Results Only Work Environment (ROWE) approach that he claims is used at about a dozen companies in North America.
For your current job or your future dream job, you want to be managed by a boss who uses one of the styles listed above. Your boss (or future dream boss) is willing to listen to you make the case for using this new style but insists that you present data. You decide to apply your market research skills.

Next, explain the reason that you choose this style over the others.
