Why did you choose to go to into your program Business Information Systems? Is it to get a job that gives you power and prestige? Is it so that you can afford a certain lifestyle? Is it because you are really interested in the subject and just know you want to work in this industry?

What is important to your identity? What personal sacrifices are you prepared to make for your career? What are you willing to trade (money, time, prestige, etc.) in order to have time for other interests (family, friends, hobbies, etc.)?

Use McClelland's theory of needs or Maslow's Needs Theory to explain the different levels of motivation in your team.
