The utilization of different aspects of computing technology would be helpful in the presentation of the idea to the upper management, which includes emailing, video conferencing and even presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint, among many others (Huber, 2014).

In this case, the computing technology would ensure that all the members of the upper management are informed on the different aspects of the idea at the same time, which increases the level of understanding (Huber, 2014).

The choice of the different forms of computing technology is necessitated by the fact that such is highly effective in the present-day work environment, since it can be utilized to communicate in a physical or virtual manner.

Additionally, the use of computing technology would ensure that each official of the upper management has their input regarding the presented idea where consented decisions on the same would be formulated (Major, Abderrahman & Sweeney, 2013).

With a common platform being employed by the members of the upper management, it would be possible to iron out their differences regarding the idea and advise me on their support and funding.
