2: Effective training and development hinges on having knowledge of what needs are critical to enhancing organizational performance. As a result of budget limitations and the need for cost-effective solutions, it is of critical importance that training resources are targeted accurately to eliminate waste and inefficiency in spending. Therefore, trainers should know which approach to TNA is most effective in ensuring that resources are channeled into areas where they contribute the most to employee development, morale, and organizational performance.
