Explain the difference between hassan and muhammad

Hassan and Muhammad applied to work at the Sea Wave Hotel after completing their studies at the Hotel School in Alexandria. From the first day of work, the restaurant manager, Mr. Abdel Sabour, noticed that Hassan was more enthusiastic in his work than Muhammad. This idea remained with him until the performance interview after the first six months. In the interview, Muhammad declared that he had spent a difficult time organizing the way and style of work in the restaurant, while Hassan announced in the same interview that he was very happy at work. Mr. Abdel-Sabour wished that they were both excited to work in the hotel.
