(a) Explain the difference between delegates (enumerated), implied, and reserved powers. Provide one example of each, WITHOUT using examples that were provided in the book or notes. Make sure you identify which part of the Constitution each set of powers is derived from.
(b) Your textbook authors (in Chapter 3, Section 1) mention a fourth type of power: "Concurrent powers". What are these? Are these actually derived from Constitutional language? If so, where, exactly?
