The thermal decomposition of calcium carbonate produces two by-products, calcium oxide as well as carbon dioxide. Compute the volume of carbon dioxide produced at STP from the decomposition of 231 grams of calcium carbonate.
STP means standard temp & pressure and since those are constant V = n.
