Positive changes in health can take time and much effort to accomplish. From your own experiences, you know that this can take many weeks, if not months or years, to make changes for the better. Think of all the broken new year's resolutions that are made yearly; I would bet over half of them relate to making positive health changes!

After reviewing the resources for this module (see Module 2 Readings above), think about a health-related decision you, a family member, or a friend need to make or recently had to make.

This could be a long time goal, OR
It might have been something as simple as a doctor's visit for a seasonal cold, OR
A decision that you, as a healthcare professional, or that you witnessed another healthcare professional or a patient or client make.
