According to scholar Khiara Bridges, Critical Race Theory (CRT) holds that systemic racism is, however unintentionally, embedded deep within society: codified in law, embedded in structures, and woven into public policy. It holds that racism is often cloaked in terminology regarding "mainstream," "normal," or "traditional" values or "neutral" policies, principles, or practices.

Is the following statement True, False or Depends? Justify your choice: if it is true, name and explain the reasons, citing examples if possible; if false, explain why it is wrong; if it could be either True or False, depending on certain things, name those things and explain why they could make the answer either True or False.

"Cost-Benefit Analysis as applied by economists using economics principles could be considered racist."
