Using technology in small business

Rudy owns and runs a small retail store in a small town. He was managing the store without using any technology. The pandemic forced him to move to technology. He didn't know how to use technology so he couldn't decide whether to use off-the-shelf software or customised software. As a result, he hired a database administrator to manage data and design a customised information system. Despite its small size, the store sells a wide range of products across several categories. He wants to integrate interactive technology that will enhance the shopping experience for customers.
