1.Identify one business leader who you feel is inspirational and helped to change the direction of a company/institution for the positive.

2.Briefly explain the challenges of this company and how this leader created change (or is in the process of doing it in the here and now).

3.Include a theory of leadership in your paper. You can find these theories in our readings and online.

This paper should be in the first person. You should not use quotes. Instead, simply write the paper as if you are telling a story. The heading page and sources do not count towards the page minimum.

This is a fairly easy assignment. Pretend we are all sitting around a campfire and you are sharing the story about a leader and this person's impact on a company.
