Research shows that a high level of employee engagement can lead to enhanced company performance, yet year on year Gallup surveys show that employee engagement levels remain steady at a mere 30%. That represents a big cost to the business in terms of inferior performance, high turnover, and lost productivity. With this in mind, research and explain the causes and symptoms of  BOSS (Burn Out Stress Syndrome) and employee disengagement.
