In the same way, in the article "American Terrorism study" (Brent L. Smith, 1980-2002), introduce a study of how lack of existing data collections can transfer to obtain information in an illegal way of violating the Constitution Bill of Rights. "The American Terrorism study" began in 1989 from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Terrorist Research and Analytical Center release files that was archived. The crime court and the terrorism investigation started to review all the evidences. In the database of the files they were 5 parts that have to be investigated. Part 1 (counts data) they were approximately 8,306 counts since 1980-2002. Part 2 (indicitiess data) 574 indicts. Part 3 (person data) 510 individual were under investigation of terrorism. Part 4 (cases data) 172 criminal terrorism resulted from a federal terrorism investigation. Part 5 (group data) 85 groups were tired in federal terrorism investigation. The five parts were categories into four groups as, demographic information data, and cases outcomes. It was a violation to our community because the FBI right is to show us the evidence and explain to the society the process they did before and after to obtain information from suspects. FBI have been hiding information for the reason their action of getting information is illegal and the use of the Constitution Bill of Right were malice using wrong to obtain information from the terrorist.
