Question C. Fully describe the three types of fit that companies should look for in the selection process and discuss why each one is important. Give two SPECIFIC examples of EACH type that weren't discussed in the textbook and why it may be important for that PARTICULAR position in that PARTICULAR Company.
Question D. Fully discuss and explain the acceptable types of validity that can be used to validate employment tests as described by the UGESP. Why is each one important? Give an example not covered in the textbook that illustrates each type of validation.
