The following new policy is recommended: Employees should be eligible for vacation leave and vacation pay after working for the organization for at least 30 days, Employees should accrue vacation leave and vacation pay at the rate of 2 weeks per year of employment, Employees should be required to take their vacation leave within 10 months of the date it was earned and Employees who are terminated should be entitled to receive all vacation pay that they have accrued but not used.
