You are the office manager for Dr. Jones. He comes to you with a new Cigna contract that he just received in the mail. He is not sure he will be able to increase the number of employees that he currently has if he takes on a new contract that may increase patient volume. He asks for your input on this matter and he wants you to review the contract and tell him if it is a good option for the practice or not.
