For each of the two questions below, please explain the implications/impact that these important matters have on society and on social work practice. (To discuss your answers, please use unique own words; also, please follow the instructions provided for this segment of the test).

Question 1 - In class we learned about the Systems Theory/Perspective and its implications in social work practice, including the details related to the Eco-systems and the Bio-psycho-social-spiritual concepts (i.e., family/ friends/ social/ educational/ economics/employment and government services, among others). To answer this question, please explain your understanding of how the System Perspective materializes in the change process, including the impact/participation of the clients.

Question 2 - As per the reading of your textbooks/course's materials, the class discussions, we learned about the implications of the helping process, its organization in phases/stages/steps, and the importance of these very interesting/important segment/phases. This question is about the phase/steps commonly known as "Contracting, Implementation and Goal Attainment". To effectively accomplish these activities it is necessary for social workers to consider the many practice implications we learned about.

In this segment of the test please explain in details the actions that are involved in these segments of the process, (i.e., involving the client in identifying and planning/needed service, developing/ documentations of all actions agreed/taken, skills/ technique/ tools used, among other important elements).
