Religion can be related with positive emotions, comprising the sense of optimism and purpose to life, and can give healthy way of coping with stress. In Buddha's teaching, it comprises three major features namely, discipline (morality), concentration and wisdom. Buddha's teaching helps us to realise which innate ultimate wisdom. With wisdom, we can then solve the problems and turn suffering into happiness. Nature of Daoism is to understand yourself. Recognize yourself, the easier and more peaceful life becomes. Islam teaches that God is source of peace. By concentrating on this significant relationship and following God's guidance, believers will be able to obtain inner peace and tranquility. In Christianity, they follow God's Guidance along Life's Path. They think God will give them new and extraordinary aim in life. Goal of Hinduism is to escape cycle of rebirth by reaching Nirvana. Hindus and Buddhists believe Nirvana is state of happiness without change or pain.
