  • PT Ayah bought 15% of the outstanding shares of PT Sandang. PT Ayah actively trades shares in PT Sandang to obtain short-term profits.
  • PT Ayah bought 45% of the total 200,000 outstanding shares of PT Bakti. PT Ayah also owns 7,500 convertible preferred shares issued by PT Bakti. Each convertible preferred share can be converted into 10 shares of common stock. The total preferred shares issued by PT Bakti are 10,000 shares.
