One of the major reasons for project failure is not clearly defining the project scope. Defining the scope is the first step. If you falter on this step, you cannot expect the following steps to rectify this mistake.

Project quality management attempts to satisfy all the requirements for a project. This would involve satisfying all the product requirements, process requirements, and expectations of the stakeholders. Project quality management involves quality planning, quality assurance, and quality control.

Define project scope and project scope management.

Give an example of project scope and project objectives. This could be from a real project you have been on or a fictitious one. Can project quality management help with project scope management, project time management, and project cost management?
If it can, how does it help? If it cannot, why not?
