Carla and her husband Chris plan to make and sell gourmet and custom cookies on a make-to-order (production begins after the customer places the order) basis. The process of making cookies involves several steps that can be conceptualized as follows. 

• The cookie dough has to be mixed first in a food processor. It takes 6 minutes for the mixing process. Carla performs this task with the aid of a food processor. They have 1 food processor that can mix up to 4 dozen cookies. Regardless of whether a dozen or four dozen is being mixed, it still takes 6 minutes.
• After mixing, the cookie dough enters the plating process in which the dough is spread on baking plates (Carla has many such plates). This takes 3 minutes/dozen.  Carla performs the plating steps of the process and transfers dough directly from the food processor onto the plates. 
• Chris places the plated cookies in an oven (this task itself is quite trivial and takes no time and can be ignored). The company has two ovens. Each oven can bake a tray of 1 dozen cookies at a time and does not require active monitoring. The baking process itself takes 11 minutes per dozen.
• After baking, the cookies have to be cooled for 5 minutes (cookies are air-cooled on a large counter top and do not require monitoring).  
• Then, Chris packs the cookies carefully. Packing takes 2 minutes/dozen.
• Finally, Chris collects payment from the customer. This step takes 2 minutes/order.
