1. Thoroughly describe your personal leadership style. You must connect to a leadership style or theory discussed in the reading assignment or in another source (i.e. text or journal article). Then provided three (3) advantages and three (3) disadvantages of this leadership style making sure that you explain why you believe the items you included are advantages and/or disadvantages. Finally, describe two (2) things you'd most like to change about your leadership style.

2. You are a leader of a sport organization. You need to hire a new employee. Describe/explain the hiring process and how you would implement this process to hire your new employee. (Make sure you include all steps discussed in class).

3. Explain the function of brainstorming and the steps you would take to conduct a brainstorming session. Then conduct a brainstorming session to address the problem in the scenario below. Clearly explain who you would include in the brainstorming session and how you would conduct your brainstorming session.

Scenario - You are the director of a marketing department for the Riverbats Minor League Baseball Team. Your supervisor has asked you to develop a new strategy to address the decrease in ticket revenue and game attendance.

4. Explain the primary reasons for a policy and procedure manual for facility/event management. Then describe the headings that should be included in a policy. Make sure you give an explanation of what each heading should include. Finally, identify and discuss the steps for the development of a policy and procedure manual.
