Motivation and training
Briefly explain post empowering the workforce requires job enrichment. Intrinsic motivators are a much richer source of satisfaction than extrinsic motivators. People want to have purposeful work and be self-managed and the most difficult task in increasing motivation is identifying the most effective and applicable motivational strategies.
Having said that what are some of the ways in which an effective Training and Development program can improve employee and organizational motivation?
I have worked with some employees that do not fit into a company culture. Years ago I led a transformation in a manufacturing plant from an autocratic culture to self-directive work teams. There were a handful of employees that did not want to make that shift to being part of team where they had to make decisions. They wanted to come in and have someone tell them what to do for eight hours. Needless to say they didn't stay with the company for long.
Suppose how you might deal with those employees who do not "fit" the new company's culture or who are not "willing to change and cooperate?"
Discuss your skills, expertise, and limitations, with emphasis on those areas where you need to develop additional skills and expertise.
Type of leadership - different situations require that different styles of leadership be used to meet the primary goals of the group.
Do you believe there is a difference between a business decision and an ethical decision or are they one in the same?
Why is it significant for an American multinational company to differentiate in its product offerings in countries outside of the U.S
Explain how do these differ from each other, and why is this important for leaders to optimize their capital structure
What are the pros and cons of standardization for international advertising? Discuss the tools used by public relations professionals. Is public relations free promotion for a company?
Discuss the opportunities and threats of a firm which employs a single or dominant product business model?
Define the concept of control and what are some benefits to the company now and in the future?
Describe the theory of interest and discuss the decision-making concept it applies to in analyzing cost and return on long-term investment.
Illustrate are some ways to be protected against abusive practices of franchisees.
Identify the most important requirements for Grace to make her decision.
Affiliations and partnerships are frequently used to reach a larger local audience? Which options stand to avail for the Hotel manager and what problems do these pose.
