If a typical antacid tablet contains 2.0 g of sodium hydrogen carbonate, how many moles of carbon dioxide should one tablet yield? 0.024 moles per tablet

My ballon has a circumference of 37cm, it contains 3 antacid tablets and 5mls of water, how do I calculate the actual moles in the balloon?
