Landfills, while needed and useful, tend to pose issues within the community from time to time. Based on your knowledge of landfills, choose one of the following options to complete this assignment:

Option 1

You are the project manager for Heaping Hills, a solid waste management company, who wants to bring a new landfill operation to the town of Williamsville. As the project manager, your task is to create a presentation for the community at the town hall meeting next week.

With a minimum 12-slide PowerPoint Presentation, include the following:

• An introduction that includes the company mission statement and track record with current/past landfills,
• A minimum of five advantages to bringing the landfill to Williamsville,
• A list of ways Heaping Hills strives to combat known issues landfills face when starting up or functioning within or near a community, and
• An explanation of at least three practices Heaping Hills can use that other known successful landfills uses and why.

Your presentation should be professionally created in regards to font size, style, and color schemes used within it. Please don't add a bunch of powerpoint animations effects. Those are not acceptable when presenting to large groups. Any sources used should be cited in APA format. Apply notes to slides that may need clarity or additional information.
