Question

Overcoming fear can be quite difficult, I know I deal with this a lot personally. Being uncomfortable causes fear and anxiety, which could also cause emotional and behavioral disorders (Domjan, 2015). Since fear is so common in this world, the Bible addresses it over three hundred times throughout the Bible. Once of my favorite versus that talks about fear is Isaiah 4110, "fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." (Isaiah 41:10 ESV - bible gateway). Overcoming fear takes a lot of courage and for me, having a lot of Faith. I personally have had a lot of fear in my life lately, the fear of the future and the unknown.
