How do you describe leadership's role in gender diversity? Choose an organization with which you are familiar and discuss the leadership of that organization in regard to gender diversity.
What role do those individuals play in the gender diversity of the organization, and furthermore the acceptance/non-acceptance of gender diversity in the organization, if any?
