This week your discussion posting focuses on leadership and leadership styles. Start by going into Google and use the search term "Leadership Style Quiz" (or something close if you want to explore). There are any number of psychometric quizzes that assess your leadership style. If you are posting later in the week, try to find a quiz your classmates have not already used (if possible). Complete the quiz you have chosen and then report back to the class the following:

1. A hyperlink to the quiz you decided to take.
2. What were the leadership styles categories that this quiz used as a basis?
3. Which leadership style were you assessed as having?
4. Were you surprised by the outcome of the quiz and why or why not?
5. Of all the categories of leaders in this quiz, which would you prefer as a boss or superior?
