Poland Spring suspected that the water from this source could be contaminated but elected to sell the water and not notify retailers or the public. Explain whether you'd be strictly liable for the contaminated water. Explain whether you would have liability under breach of warranty. In your explanations, be sure to define both strict liability and breach of warranty, and then apply each definition to the facts you have here.
