1. Calculate the theoretical yield of Nylon 6,6. State the limiting Reagent.

The reaction:
Adipoyl chloride + 1,6-Hexanediamine ----25% NaOH----> Nylon 6,6

Reactants:
-Adipoyl chloride:
mw = 183.05 , amount = 622mg, mmol = 3.4

-1,6-hexanediamine (5% aq):
mw = 116.21, amount = 8mL

-cyclohexane:
mw = 84.16, amount = 8mL
