a) Introduce and briefly explain innovation and teacherpreneurism in secondary schools and how these align with your pedagogic approaches in your specialisation.

b) Identify an innovative practice in Secondary education related to your specialisation. Analyse the innovation through making connections to the curriculum policy or teaching/learning policy of a school (could be your placement school or an online resource of another school). Discuss the impact of the innovation on student learning.

c) Make analytical connections to relevant literature to support your innovation. Use APA referencing style to reference your sources.

d) Explain how the innovation aligns with two relevant AITSL outcomes

e) Discuss some of the challenges in the development and implementation of innovations in schools and the difficulties underlying teacherpreneurism. Connect these ongoing challenges to the Victorian Teaching and Learning Model - e.g. Practice Principles, Pedagogical Model and/or HITS
