You have engaged a large multinational corporation which is about to launch on a major "green" initiative to reduce the carbon footprint of their manufacturing plants and make their products more sustainable.

The company has a multidivisional structure organized around more than 20 famous brands of household cleaning products. Because the initiative involves a heavy investment in new technology there will be a phased roll-out across the divisions in the U.S. over the next three years.

The VP of HR wants to better understand the impact of the "green" initiative on employee recruiting and engagement. She would like to show that a "green" reputation has helped the organization in recruiting and helped to motivate employees. Design a study that would allow you to answer these questions. What kind of design will you use? How will you collect data? What kinds of measures will you need? What kinds of limitations or challenges should you expect?
