Elizabeth is one of the original members of the team and she has a reputation as a hard worker who produces very good results. You and Elizabeth have become friends over time as you have some mutual interests outside of work. Lately, she has appeared distracted at work. She has uncharacteristically missed deadlines and produced some poor quality work. This has caused concern and anger with the other members of the team. You discover that she has been telling the manager that all of the team's best ideas came from her work. While Gurpreet is a valued team member, her contribution is not greater than anyone else. She appears to be trying to advance her position in the organization at the expense of the other team members.
