We are in very interesting times. The world wide reaction to the Covid-19 virus has been swift and extreme. The situation calls for a multi-disciplinary, integrated approach to slowing the virus which calls for making strong decisions related to social and public institutions and public life.

This major is very strong on defining the social world as a complicated and complex system. Its complexity requires seeing the world as an interconnection of many things. There is no such thing as a simple social problem. No social problem is disciplinary.

Question 1: There are many, many ways that we are impacted by the Covid-19 situation. In this reflection, write about your view of the interaction of impacts related to Covid-19 and the vaccine distribution. How would you explain the impact of Covid-19 as a multidisciplinary or interdisciplinary social issue?
