Question

A lot of new business start-ups ups have suffered embryotic death due to various factors. One key cause of business closure is the failure to identify and adhere to relevant laws and regulations governing their businesses. Most businesses end up blaming politics when it is purely legal issues. For example, many business startups have continually been destroyed by various versions of Operation Murambatsvina in Zimbabwe, but the problem seems unending. A lot of hard-earned capital is being lost which includes pension and retirement packages. This has increased poverty in these enterprises and losses of jobs causing increases in unemployment.
