2: Define and explain your new offering. Based on your research, unearth and substantiate what could be a potential sustainability-driven innovation for this organization. It may be a product, service, program or otherwise.
This should NOT be a program, service, or product this company is currently offering or publicly exploring.
3: Review organizational fit. Walk us through the logic of how the offering would tie to the organization's VMV, brand, core competencies, and organizational context.
4: WGB Space Analysis. Offer a look into the competitive landscape and how you believe the offering will fit.
5: Research and insight plan. Explain how you will gather insights and the specific research questions you seek to answer.
6: Cognitive Map and Paths. Map the overall space and identify the strategic path or paths you are seeking to exploit in this new offering. Please identify all four levels of construction clearly on the Map and arrange accordingly.
7: Ten Types of Innovation. Capture the type of innovation you are seeking to exploit in your new offering, and how you choose to do so.
8: Testing the offering. Clearly explain how you will test the offering and your strategy in the live market. Be specific about your plan and how you will execute it.
9: Iteration Path. Explain how you expect to iterate and refine the offering in the short term, what you expect to learn, and what will be especially important performance indicators for you to keep an eye on.
