• Identify the vendors and explain how you execute the request for proposal from vendors who supply the components.

• Share the process used in your organization for deciding on the product, the timeframe for ordering, and any other policies or procedures you need to follow.

• As you prepare for the assignment, you will need to identify constraints, dependencies, and assumptions, along with the timing. Share with your classmates these items and how you manage them.
