You have been hired by ABC tax cunsultants pty ltd to evaluate and explore the needs and opportunities as per the circumstances given hereby. RGIT is using semi automated methods for providing services to thier clients. They have a significant number of employees who receive a number of printed as well as emailed documents containing detailed finance related information from their clients. Those employees enter all the details in to the excel sheet templates already available for tax filing purpose. Management realises that the process is not favourable to the organisation for several reasons.
Your task is to identify issues/gaps. After identifying the gaps, you need to develop at least two concepts to overcome those gaps. Using the following criteria, begin the planning stage:
