Plot the signal x(n) 0<=n<=99 for Fs=5kHz and F0= 0.5, 2.3 and 4.5 kHZ

how to find the amplitude frequency in order to graph it manually and also how to type it in a calculator like the formula. Only one of the F0 not all of the plots.

With sampling frequency of 5kHz the maximum frequency that can be represented is 2.5kHZ how this happend?

Therefore a frequency of 405khz ia alliased to 500 Hz how ?
