A company meeting
Needs 50 sleeping rooms for one night
Needs a meeting room for two days (first day is when the sleeping rooms) and it needs to accommodate 75 people (there will be additional guests driving in for the meeting that are local)
The meeting space needs to be large enough to accommodate the 75 people in Crescent (half) rounds, which means standard round banquet tables, but no more than 4-5 people per table, plus there needs to be space for audio visual (screen and projector).
They will need to be served continental breakfast, lunch and morning and afternoon breaks but the meals can be eaten in the same room on the existing tables.
You must find a Hotel in Downtown San Francisco that is rated a minimum of 4 Stars by Forbes Travel.
You will not need to turn anything in, just have a minimum of two properties that meet these requirements ready from your research and we will share and discuss this in class next week as well as go over the CVENT website and certification training/test.
